Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts on a free 3-day trial of Pro — no card needed. Choose a plan any time during or after the trial; nothing is charged until you do.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Receipts and invoices are counted per calendar month and reset on the 1st. When you reach a limit you can upgrade straight away, or wait for the next month. Deleting a receipt doesn’t give it back to the allowance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch between plans — or between monthly and yearly billing — from the Plan page in the app; the old subscription stops once the new one is paid. Cancel any time from Manage billing. If your plan ends, your receipts stay safe; you just can’t upload more until you choose a plan.
How do add-ons work?
Add-ons such as Invoicing and Accountant workspaces sit on top of a plan and are billed monthly, whatever your plan’s billing. Try each one free for 3 days. Some plans include an add-on at no extra cost — those are ticked in the table above.
Which currency are the prices in?
Prices are in CAD. Your card provider converts the charge if you pay in another currency.
How many companies can I keep?
Each company has its own receipts, invoices, customers and reports. Basic includes 1 company, Pro up to 3, and Enterprise up to 5.
How does Enterprise work?
Enterprise puts your whole team on one plan, with receipt and invoice allowances and a team size set for your company. Contact us and we’ll set it up for you.
