Stop chasing clients for receipts

Give every client a SpendFlow workspace and invite them in. They snap or upload receipts, bills and invoices as they go; the AI reads and files each one; you open finished records instead of a shoebox at year end.

The problem with paper receipts

  • Receipts arrive by email, text and paper bag — usually the week of the deadline.

  • Hours go into typing totals, tax and vendors before any real work starts.

  • Client staff need to send receipts without seeing the rest of the books.

FAQ

Questions from accountants & bookkeepers

What can a client’s staff see? +

Staff join as uploaders. They can upload receipts and, if you allow it, see the ones they uploaded themselves — never a colleague’s receipts, the reports, or your notes.

Are clients’ receipts kept apart? +

Yes. Each workspace holds its own data, separated the same way two SpendFlow accounts are. Opening one client never shows another’s receipts.

What happens when I stop working with a client? +

Archive the workspace. It can no longer be opened, and its records are kept in case you need them again.

Can my clients also invoice their customers? +

Yes. The Invoicing add-on lets a business bill its customers with saved tax rates such as VAT, GST or sales tax calculated per line.
