Can groups be shared between companies? +
Yes. A group can belong to one company or be shared by all of them — useful for categories like Fuel that every business has.
Will the AI move a receipt to a different company? +
Not one you chose. A company you picked on the scan screen or afterwards is never moved by a re-read.
What happens to receipts if I delete a company? +
They are kept. They move to No company / Personal, and you can file them again.
