The receipt app for freelancers and the self-employed

When you work for yourself, every receipt is a deduction you might lose. SpendFlow turns each one into a searchable record the moment you get it — so tax time is a report, not a shoebox.

Sound familiar?

The problem with paper receipts

  • Receipts fade, crumple and disappear long before tax season.

  • Business and personal purchases end up on the same card.

  • Typing receipts into a spreadsheet is the job nobody gets around to.

FAQ

Questions from freelancers & self-employed

Can I keep business and personal receipts separate? +

Yes. Create a company for your business and file work receipts into it. Receipts with no company are grouped under No company / Personal, and every report can be scoped to one or the other.

Does SpendFlow read the tax on a receipt? +

Yes. The AI reads the subtotal, tax and total separately, and reports show the tax total for any month or date range.

Is SpendFlow tax advice? +

No. SpendFlow keeps your receipts organized and readable. Ask your accountant or your tax authority what you can deduct and how long to keep records.
