Every SpendFlow feature, explained
How SpendFlow scans, reads, files and reports on your receipts — one page per feature.
Receipt scanner
From paper to saved in five taps
Open the app, tap Scan, and snap the receipt. SpendFlow reads it, shows you what it found, and saves it — then drops you back exactly where you were.
AI receipt reading
Stop typing receipts by hand
SpendFlow uses Google Gemini to read every receipt — merchant, receipt number, date and time, subtotal, tax, total, currency, payment method, card, and every line item.
Payment cards
Every receipt, by the card that paid
SpendFlow reads which card paid for each purchase and groups your receipts by it — so "what went on the Visa this month?" is one tap.
Companies & groups
Business and personal, never mixed
File receipts under the business they were bought for, and into groups like Lunch or Office inside it. Groups can belong to one company or be shared by all of them.
Card rules
Set it once, filed forever
Tell SpendFlow that everything paid on a card belongs somewhere — "anything on •••• 3456 is Office" — and every receipt on that card files itself, with no questions asked.
Smart filing
The AI files — it never invents
SpendFlow matches each receipt against your own companies and groups — by name and by kind of spend, so "restaurant" finds your "Lunch" group. When it is not sure, it asks.
Search & filters
Find any receipt in seconds
Search and filter across every receipt you have ever scanned — and combine filters, so "this card, in September, over $50" is one search.
Spending reports
Where the month went, at a glance
Monthly totals, spending by card, by merchant, by company and group, and the trend over time — for this month, last month, a year, or any date range.
Security & privacy
Built so your data stays yours
Receipts hold more about you than most apps do. SpendFlow is built so that a full card number has no way to be stored, and your receipts are only ever shown to you.
